Jennifer Moss

Jennifer Moss is a workplace well-being researcher, journalist, and speaker whose work examines the organizational and systemic drivers of employee burnout. She is a co-founder of Plasticity Labs and a columnist who has written for Harvard Business Review, The Globe and Mail, and other major publications on the science of happiness and the crisis of workplace stress. Moss draws on both quantitative research and qualitative case studies to argue that burnout is fundamentally a management problem rather than a personal one, and her work has influenced HR policy conversations at organizations across North America and Europe. The Burnout Epidemic, published by Harvard Business Review Press, represents her most comprehensive statement of that argument and has been widely adopted in leadership development programs and management training curricula.
