Terese Marie Mailhot

Terese Marie Mailhot is a writer and professor from the Seabird Island Band in British Columbia. Her debut memoir Heart Berries (2018) won the American Book Award and was a finalist for the Governor General’s Literary Award, establishing her as one of the most important voices in contemporary Indigenous literature.
